The wrap can be either heated or cooled depending upon your preferences. To heat you only need to place the wrap in the microwave and heat for 30-60 seconds and it will be ready to go, when wanting to cool you place the wrap in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes or in the fridge for 1 hour. 

You may find over time that the fragrance will diminish, simply remove the insert and spray the desired amount of your favourite fragrance over the insert.

The cover is machine washable.
